Mayor Bloomberg and George

That's me interviewing New York Congressman Gary Ackerman on his boat on the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. He invited me to broadcast live from
the boat during a Congressional inauguration ceremony a few years ago.

WABC morning reporter Babita Hariani and me standing in front of WABC inflatable logo at a New York Yankees rally at city hall.

George, at 24, interviews Weird Al Yankovich for KIMN in Denver.

The WABC studio.

This is the morning team that was assembled when I first arrived at WABC in 1996. As it turns out, I'm the only surviving cast member and someone at work took the liberty to point that out. From left to right: Peter Rief, Penny Crone, Mike Gallagher and me.

Every year, I've been playing practical jokes on listeners for April
Fools Day. This was a classic. In Denver, art students created a fake subway
station going down a set of steps at a comedy club. We even had subway
sounds coming from hidden speakers on the streets.

When a newspaper columnist in Denver said "George Weber isn't even good
enough for a small town in Nebraska," the next day, we went on the road to
Ogalala to do the show---with the help of KOGA, the local radio station. This is the team going shopping, LIVE on the air.

For a day, while at KOA in Denver, my producer, Lori Schroeder and I got to play clowns for Ringling Brothers circus.

I'm testifying in the case of Santa Claus vs the City of Denver. I had Santa arrested for impersonating Kris Kringle. We had a trial in a real courtroom with real lawyers and a judge and broadcast it on the air on Christmas Eve at KOA. He was found NOT guilty.

After being found NOT guilty of impersonating Santa Claus, the great one
grants me an interview.

This is an ad they ran in a local newspaper for my news. "NEWS BY GEORGE". yeeks.

That's me getting some type of an award while working at KIMN in Denver.

Look, I'm the editor of my college newspaper!

Erik Hastings, the producer of the WABC morning show with Curtis and Kuby.

Ken Berry was my News Director at KGO, a really cool guy who is now the station manager for KIRO in Seattle.

The KOA remote truck sends live, studio quality broadcasts back to the station.

These are some of my buddies at KOGO in San Diego. I'm on the far right--having some fun at an air show at Miramar.

Engineer Frank Bruno.

Playing at the microphone when I was 21 at WBUX in Doylestown.

This is the WBUX studios AFTER the expansion!!

Some lady gives me a check for $100 to help keep student run radio station, WCSD in Warminster, Pennsylvania on the air.

A listener of my talk show at KTLK in Denver sent me this picture of her
shrine to me in her home!!!

Rosie Allen, the afternoon anchor for KGO in San Francisco, helps me put on this dress. It was supposed to be a new fashion trend and I took the streets to see what people thought. They called me a sissy.

Curtis and Kuby doing their radio show on WABC.

You need a press pass to get into certain events. These are some of them.

WABC morning show producer Erik Hasting ignoring me, again.

I use to hang out here in La Jolla, watching the sea lions to get away from reality while working at KOGO in San Diego.

My Microphone.
